Refund & Cancellation Policy
Project cancellations and refunds are handled fairly according to the work completed and the terms agreed before kickoff.

Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before scheduled work begins, any refund is determined by the signed proposal, including non-refundable discovery or reservation fees.

After work begins
Once delivery has started, fees for completed work, committed team time, and approved expenses remain payable. Any unused prepaid balance is reviewed against the project agreement.

Rescheduling
We will make a reasonable effort to reschedule workshops or delivery windows when notice is provided. Material delays may require an updated schedule or scope.

How to request a cancellation
Email hello@sukritam.studio with your project name and request. We will confirm the work completed, remaining balance, and next steps in writing.
